In my state (Illinois) you have the right do deny taking a breathalyzer test, but if you choose to not take it, you lose your driver's license for 6 months, automatically. That's even if you're not driving. It may be different in Indiana, I'm not sure.
Anyways, plead guilty, as it's your word against the officer's.
