I'm going to go against the grain here. Pain in the Jaw and neck, especially with tingling in your shoulder could very possibly be your heart. That's a classic sign of angina, or 'heart pain' as it's often called. Not everyone feels pain directly in their chest, but they feel it elsewhere, the left arm being most common and it generally radiates up to the neck and jaw.
I'm not saying that's your problem, but if it happens when you exercise, you definitely should get it checked out. You're pretty young to be having heart problems, especially if you exercise regularly, but sometimes people ignore these things, equating them to a muscle or nerve and it turns out much worse.
Go to the doctor.
