Could be. Try rubbing the rashes with holy water.
But seriously. Go to a doc and do a general health check-up. Either nothing's wrong with you, or there's something that can be fixed, or you have six months left to live so you'd better book that trip around the world now. Worrying about your health like that can make you sick!
