I didn't know when we first met, but I had that feeling that she could be the one*, the butterflies, the easy conversation, the way we connected like old friends.
Grace says she knew I was the kind of person she wanted to spend her life with before we'd even spoken, and she knew that I was the person she'd been looking for before that first night was done.
*Meaning, the one person I wanted to spend my life with. I don't believe that there is any "one true soulmate". I know a second woman I believe I'd be happy to spend my life with if circumstances were different and we hadn't already met and fallen inl love with someone else first.
