Loverboy has kind of the same problem only his body is rejecting his birthmarks, not his freckles. His skin doesn't come off but the birthmarks will eventually bulge a bit. Then the area around it will become white and then the birthmark will eventually become smaller and smaller. He went to see the doctor because of this and was told that it was perfectly harmless. I'm pretty sure your doctor will tell you the same
