I don't really know what they are either, but I would just uncheck everything if it was my system. I don't like anything running unless I specifically told it to run. I turn off every part of Windows I can until something stops working. If you don't know what it is, it's probably fine to get rid of it. I can't think of any critical components that run themselves via registry Run keys.
