Oooooh man, I have a hilarious story about road head and a school bus. Perhaps one day I'll share that one.
As far as road head etiquette goes, I would just say if you cannot receive and drive at the same time, please pull over. I do not want highway patrol showing up at my house and informing my parents I was killed while giving road head.
