Race is a meaningless classification because the genetic differences between two members of the same race can be greater than the differences between members of different races. The division between races is essentially arbitrary, IOW... it tells you nothing more about the person in the class than the features used to make the classification.
And the closest genetic relation you could have with your Korean girlfriend would be a child.
closest ancestor could be a lot more recent than 90kya, though, since there was a fair bit of, ah, gene flow between the populations of Europe and the Far East during the 14th and 15th centuries when trading was being established. I don't know the extent that Korea was involved, but if she has ancestry in China or Japan there's a pretty good chance.
