The oldest trick in the book. AND still the best.
Why doesn't it get more credit? Cause noone wants to do any of the above. Noone actually wants to drink six glasses of water a day, noone wants to actually work at it, and noone wants to stay away from the ice cream.
Fad diets come and go. All insist that you can live your lifestyle (or just about) and loose weight. All fail in the end.
Remember, you want to keep the weight off! Exercise and less calories will burn fat. Not just help you loose water weight that you gain back as soon as you get "off" the diet.
And if you exercise every day, and want to loose weight, you need to excercise more than what your body is aready used too.
