Thanks and thanks for reviving my thread. I wanted to show what I did last week but didn't think it deserved a thread of its own.
Anyway, the problem is that the targa roof gets hot as hell when it's stored in its little spot over the engine. The combination of sun baking through the back glass and the engine heat below means that top is a hot sumbitch when you want to put it back on.
So I asked the guys on the NSX board and they were using shop rags, gloves or burned skin. I decided oven mitts were the answer but they have to be custom...
So I buy some mitts, print a logo and use it to cut a stencil, haul out the airbrushes and paints and the next thing ya know, I have my roof mitts!
