I don't think he was actually charged with bioterrorism; people saw his rather interesting equipment and notified the authorities who
investigated for bioterrorism, and then ended up charging him with other things. I guess bioterrorism is just much more interesting for the media to crow about. Hey, I like saying bioterrorism too.
