Are any of her friends also friends with you? You might go to one of your girlfriend's friends with something like, "I love (girlfriend's name here), but I think I'm getting paranoid. Should I be jelous of Chris and (girlfriend's name)'s friendship?" That way you put it on the table while avoiding an accusation.
