Never been stood up date-wise, but if someone were to pull a no-show with no effort to communicate that, they have a big black mark in my book and unless they have a damn good reason why, they get one more strike - if they pull anything again similarly disrespectful to me/not showing common courtesy, I disassociate from them completely.
