My favorite character is undoubtedly Garreth, and my favorite episode is the one where Brent brings in the speaker to talk to the office, and ends up taking over the situation, including going home and bringing a guitar to perform for everyone.
I think that the show resonates with anyone, as I've never worked in an office situation, but some of the characters are incredibly similar to people I've worked with in other settings or some that I've gone to school with.
