Yup report it to the BBB.
Make it clear from the start that you are not paying for anything that is warrenty related. If it has to do with the problem they were supposed to have fixed before then you shouldn't have to pay for parts OR labor.
Things like this get me pretty irritated. Be firm. Good Luck.
