Report them to the better business bureau also. Find out why they did the other work, it's possible that both were problems.
After this problem, don't ever take your car to the dealership to fix any non-warranty problems. Dealer's parts cost at least twice as much and they also charge more for labor. Chances are your last probelms would have cost you half of what you paid.
