Keiko Matsui
Does anybody else like Keiko Matsui? She's a composer/pianist and she's awesome. Some of her pieces (Bonfire In The Piano from the Full Moon And The Shrine album, and Across The Sun from Live In Tokyo, for example) are brilliant. Give her a chance if you're into modern music with piano lead.
If you're going to check her out, listen to Bonfire In The Piano, Full Moon And The Shrine, and Across The Sun compositions. Those are some of her best works in my opinion.
