How do the lyrics on this album differ from any other?
Down in it (
"kinda like a cloud, I was up way up in the sky"), Into the Void, and Piggy.. just to name a few, didn't have very intricate lyrics at all.
Lyrics themselves don't mean much at all. It's how they sound along w/ the music. Look at Eraser - easiest lyrics ever, but coupled with the music, turns out to be pretty damn good.
I mean, I'm not trying to convince ya that it's good or argue that point (to each their own), but if you say "the lyrics suck" without really realizing that lyrics have, from time to time, been quite simple.. then I dunno.
It's kinda like when people say Episode 1 and 2 sucked because of the horrible acting.. well, Episode 4 had terrible acting as well, haha.. so that doesn't really hold any water, ya know?
