) first I rub my neck, shoulders and lower back to release some of the tension, then I stretch my whole body at a leisurely pace. Finally, I park myself in a cozy place (the bed or the futon) and gently play with my boobs. When I'm really stressed, I just sort of hold them and breathe deeply. I'll have to try that marble thing for when I spend too much time on my feet - what a great idea.
