Good question, although you could imagine with the shock of the situation checking his clobber out was not at the top of the agenda. The rolled down trousers at his ankles were jeans or some denim deriavative and he had some kind of sweat-top with a hood. Typical streety type of "pikey" person in my opinion - you're right, some kind of drop-out or drunkard. No sane person would do that for sure. Maybe he was an illegal immigrant bringing his foul ways with him. We should round them up and send them home
