I agree with tres on this. If your items came as advertised, and in a timely fashion, positive feedback is all you can leave. You weren't buying feedback, so you have to take what you get. As has been mentioned, your feedback may very well trigger their feedback, so go ahead and leave it, what do you really have to lose?
What you really need to do, is when you first contact the seller after the puchase, mention how you would appreciate positive feedback after he recieves payment. The seller does this all the time, so why not you?
