My GYN has me on the ring every single week/no period until I have some bleed through - then I'll go off for a week to "reset" my system. Perhaps that's what you need?
I don't have cramps, I just have migraines. I think we're all cursed!!

I don't have a gynocologist- only a physican who doesn't care about her patients' feelings. Now, I know I should get a good doctor; however, I'm moving very soon. Yep.
I have been on depo for over a year (almost two), but I am just now quitting. I was supposed to get my shot today, but instead, I'm going to get an IUD. Anyway, everytime I get the shot, I end up having one episode of bleeding for a long time. This time has been the longest. I've gone through at least three boxes of tampons.
And hey! I get migraines too! At least one a day! Yay for periods!
