Go to a running store, or call Road Runner Sports, they have oodles of running shoes & can help you out. I think you can even still send in a pair of your shoes for $20 or so they will tell you what type of shoe you should wear based on your wear pattern.

What about inserts for regular (as in not for running) shoes? What's so bad about inserts?
