They should hit them where it hurts. Particularly after the racism fiasco in Spain.
If the home team fans do it (usually the case) they should terminate the game and then the home team forfeits the game and the points equivalent for one win.
No-one will let their own team suffer like that and the fans will police themselves.
They've tried clamping down on player aggression and problems, now they need to be stricter on fans.
Red card them. None of this pussy styled 'sin bin' punishment.
