And still, I can't really argue on this. I'm just shocked that most people here would rather kill than receive a few bruises. It's "Thou shalt not commit murder".
Killing in self defense is not murder.
And who are you to say that taking a beating imparts "less emotional damage" than defending yourself?
As to the "heaven and hell" part, if you are somehow trying to put in "eternal damnation" for killing someone, even if it is "murder" (which I don't believe it is), murderers can enter heaven...if they are repentant. If they couldn't, then we are
all screwed that way.
