First of all, Viagra just increases blood flow, it does not increase libido.
That being said, what is the point of her taking a female equivilant?
I suspect the pills do nothing, and I ponder what she is trying to acheive. If she want a longer sexual act, pills will not help from a female perspective. Is she trying to increase libido? Looking into her hormone levels may lead to better results.
More to the point, what would increasing blood flow to the vagina do besides possibly stimulate vaginal secretions more, thus decreasing friction?
