As my human sexuality professor says, "If you're a guy and you like anal sex or stimulation, all it means is that you're a guy and you like anal sex or stimulation." It doesn't mean he has homosexual tendencies. It's much easier to stimulate the prostate via the anus than any other way--and it is highly pleasurable for a male to have their prostate stimulated.
You might compare it to your G-spot. The G-spot in women and the prostate in men come from the same cells in utero, before the chromosomes come into play and tell the gonadal tissue what to develop into. Yay for human sexuality class.
