Well there are two simple ways to not get hepatitis A/B...get the hepatitis A/B vaccines and don't exchange any bodily fluids with someone who has hepatitis. If you're not vaccinated and your partner has it, you're probably about as likely to get it whether you engage in this particular activity or not. =P
