I apologize for going slightly off-topic, but I felt this was important to address.
Just as an FYI to anyone curious and/or concerned...
On what Kutulu said, to clarify and make aware, you can get Hepatitis (most likely Hep A or B; curable) from doing this activity (rimming/salad tossing; i.e. mouth to anal area), having sexual intercourse, oral intercourse, sitting on a toilet seat when there is (even a tiny amount) urine or blood from a person who has Hepatitis, using the toothbrush or razor of an infected person, touching something that the infected person has touched
if they did not wash their hands - this includes food, dishes, doorknobs, buttons, etc. - as well as under the fingernails. You have to be very careful with what you choose to do and whom you choose to do it with.
In spring 2001, I became very ill, beginning as if I had a 24-hour flu and progressing to the point where my boyfriend during that time, Sean, had to lift me out of bed because I was too weak to
even lift my head. Everything I ate/drank from day one came up - including sips of water. I had acute Hep A (I no longer have it, as the body cures itself from it), which caused Jaundice, delirium, dehydration and starvation. At one point, I looked at Sean and told him it was almost my time to go. I lost 90% of my hearing in one ear and 70% in the other (I've gained 40-60% and 30% back, respectively).
Again, I apologize for going off-topic, but I felt that this should be addressed. I'm not trying to be a know-it-all, just looking out for other's welfare.
