Sirius was talking about their unit (still in development) to compete with the XM2go and Delphi MyFi unit on one of the Preview channels, however I'm having trouble finding any information about said unit on the interweb.

Reception was spottier out in the northern New Jersey suburbs where I live. I could get a signal in my family room, but only after connecting an external antenna and struggling to find an ideal spot by a window. Even then, the signal faded in and out. Reception proved even more challenging in my basement office.

If you don't spend much time outside, or work in a building that is not conducive to radio reception, this may not be the best option for you.
