I never thought I would get excited about women's basketball. After beating two #1 seeds, UNC and LSU, last night the Lady Bears thoroughly dominated Michigan State to win the women's national championship. It was actually fun to watch these past few games.
Awhile back, there was a thread where a few people were debating the merits of kicking Baylor out of the Big 12. Since then, Baylor has had two national championships and two Olympic Gold Medal winners. (Our football program will turn around too, I keep telling myself.)
