The temperature range required for sperm to remain viable is achieved by having the sacs and testes on the outside of the body. I wouldn't be extremely concerned unless they were permanently stuck. Other than that, it's his body reaction to the environment around him. Our bodies are a lot smarter than most people give them credit for, so just have fun and don't about it too much.
