I'll echo those who've had success on the actual Weight Watchers plan(s). I started with WW on December 15 at 202.6 lbs (a number I'm not likely to forget) and two weeks ago weighed in at 169.8lbs, exceeding my goal. Of course, right now I'm about 172 and trying to level out the weight loss/gain, but I'm here to tell the doubters that portion size and food selection really can make a big difference.
Hopefully I'll have recovered from the Easter week fiasco (chocolate, thou art my nemesis!) and my little two pound gain will be a thing of the past.
