It's about time we do something to lower teen birth rates. I don't believe in witholding information, and this sounds like what we should be doing here.
Side note because I can't withold snide comments: I wonder if we'll cut foreign aid to the UK like we did to Arfican countries that ofer abortion services.

Although a real phenomenon, this is a greatly exaggerated side effect, and the majority of LSD users report no flashbacks whatsoever when not high.
