I agree with what MEAD said.... the program only teaches the views of the statistical responses of teenaged pregnancy. According to the English parliment, there may be too much teenaged pregnancy, but what about educating on both oral sex and intercourse. It seems like (what MEAD said) is right, they're downplaying intercourse in an effort to promote oral sex. Its not government that should decide what children choose to do sexually, the parents should sit down and talk with their kids about the responsibilities of sexual intercourse. Which is why it think that anatomically the government should teach kids what to do, but ultimately the decision of actually informing the children should be left up to their parents.
