That's encouraging... However, I can see the opposite side of that as well. What happens to the people who have a less mature attitude towards sex? Are the teenagers also being taught consequences of oral sex, and how to protect themselves?

One of the figures quotes a 20 percent decrease in sexual intercourse among teens, but does the amount of oral sex increase as a result? Probably yes.... Is that a good thing because the there will be fewer teen pregnancies?
