Get either a can of computer component cooler from Radio Shack (or local electronics store) or a can of compressed air (air duster for a computer).
Either spray on the cooler or turn the air can upside down and spray the label until it's soaked. Be careful, it will come out at a temperature low enough to cause frostbite. When it ices over, scrape the sticker off with a plastic tab from a bag of bread.
Side note: if you spray an upside-down can of duster on an envelope, it will become trasnparent for a few seconds. If you take a digital photo in that time, you can read the first layer of text and reconstruct the next layer or two of paper. Let it air dry and nobody will ever know
