Yeah, her body didn't return to normal after ending birth control. After a bit of jump-start medication, everything worked fine. The weird thing was that she didn't have a single period between ending BC and the beginning of the pregnancy, but she was tracking temperatures, so we were still able to determine a conception date accuratly.
