I've never seen one before, but I'd imagine with even minimal sewing skills you could probably make one without any trouble. Or if you're not interested in sewing anything up, get yourself a piece of parachute cord or something similar, remove the strands that make up the "core," leaving you with an extremely flexible tube. Route the headphone cord through the tube, make it into a neckstrap. Just a suggestion.
