Check with a doctor or pharmacist before trying this, but I think that some otc nasal decongestants can increase vaginal dryness. This would usually be a side effect, but in your case it might help used sparingly and infrequently.
Word of warning. Unless directed otherwise by a physician never take a decongestant for more than a few days. Due to pharmacological magic that I do not understand, overuse of a nasal decongestant will lead to the very same sinus problem that they initially relieve.
