I said "callus" because there's really nothing better to call it...
If you cover your lips with your teeth often enough you'll end up with a swollen lump on the inside of your upper lip and sometimes a bit on the bottom simply from the friction and the pressure of your teeth. Eventually, though, your lips will just "get used" to it and no lump will form at all. So it's not really a "callus", per se, more of an adjustment that your body makes--it just toughens up, I guess.
