Get rsync.
It will work with Windows, UNIX, or just about any OS out on the market and it's free. If you're using Windows, you'll need to download Cygwin too. Even has SSH code built in for tin-foil-hat wearing people.
It is a command-line tool that you could run from Windows Scheduled Tasks (I've implemented it on one of our Windows servers at work), but I'm sure there might be a graphical interface so that you can at least be using the right command-line options lying somewhere on the Internet.
