I think I'd say it doesn't really matter. For me, Flieaway spit it out one time, but that's only because she was totally wasted, and she had been molesting me all night, so I figured to let her have her fun. I think when she spits it out, the guy feels kind of rejected in some subconscious way maybe? I dunno, my psychology class never went into that...=p
