Like it says, it's Monday, and I'm at work. Ever get the feeling that you're the living incarnation of the character Peter from Office Space?
Don't get me wrong, I rather like my job but I seem to have a psychological condition that prevents me from being alert at work, so I turn to you happy people for a little advice.
Do any of you have any tricks that you would recommend to put a little pep back in my day? You know, besides chugging 2 pots of coffee every other hour
I'm attempting to exercise more and sleep more regular hours but even with those steps invariably right around 12:30-1:00pm I start nodding and getting incredibly sleepy, if I've taken a lunch it only compounds the situation.
Also just to make this thread more fun, how about having everybody post their most entertaining/embarrassing/annoying Monday stories.
