I'm curious why you wouldn't consider it an aftershock? It's smaller than the last one, and is in the same spot. I don't know much about quakes though...is there a time limit maybe on what's considered an aftershock? |
heck it's so subjective to the layperson and scientists these could even be foreshocks.
