I do two steps:
1. Nail polish remover - Only problem is it creates a "foggy" smudge on some surfaces like plastic or glass sometimes.
2. Windex - To remove any smudges
Just use one of those pads that your mother/gf uses to wipe off their makeup or whatever the hell those little round white cusiony pads are for for tep 1 and then use a paper towel for step 2.
