Good thread idea. I started doing serious cardio 2 months ago and have lost about 15 lbs...I started at 205 and am now at 191. My main problem though is that I haven't lost anything in the last 2 weeks, so late this week I started doing HIIT, and I'm hoping I'm doing it correctly. When I first started running, I did 4 miles in 45 minutes, now that I'm doing HIIT, I'm running about 2.5 miles in 20 minutes. I'm doing 1 minute intervals, starting at 9 mph, and resting at 5 mph (that is the maximum I can do right now without killing myself). Anyway, I will post in this thread, hopefully I will lose weight starting this new thing tommorow.
