Another vote for smell as a biggie, especially when she's first starting to get wet, when the musky smell is just starting to make itself known, God I love that.
Eye contact is another biggie. There are half a dozen places she can touch me that produce major results, and she'll pause, just before doing it, make eye contact, and give me an evil grin and hold it as she starts to massage my lower belly about two to three inches above my genital region. I live for that moment, when I see her smile, and there's that half second of delicious anticipation. God that's good.
