I have to agree with lpj8. Well said.
Other points:
The load times for the games I got (NFS:R, TM) aren't bad at all. Not much worst than any other console game.
My only complaint is that sometimes I put it in sleep mode by accident. I just don't hold it right I guess. I also have a few dead pixles which I'll replace later since I got a warranty.
Otherwise well worth the money imho.
