Ya gotta hit the heavy weights to get big. No real way around it. The thing is you don't have to do it everyday, in fact you should allow 24-48 rest, that is when the muscle actually grows. It shouldn't be boring then. Bring your ipod with you to work out. Thats what we do. Don't forget to keep packin in the protein too.
